The project was initiated in 2015 and later piloted in 4 RMG factories. The aim was to promote positive gender relation, capacitate with skills and resources to prevent and respond to all forms of Violence Against Women (VAW) in factory and community. Understanding gender issues and enhancing life skills were key in this project. A total of 1000 workers and management were part of this training to be active change-makers.
