This project was initiated in 2016 with the aim to enhance financial knowledge and improve access to formal financial services for workers working in RMG factory. Financial planning, budgeting, savings and wage digitization are the main focus of this capacity development and workplace strengthening project. HERfinance is running in 26 factories with a total of 40,486 lives impacted through capacity development and peer education system.
