In recent times, many factories have faced the need for financial literacy training among workers. The need arose as various factories began disseminating wages digitally without providing proper education for their workers. However, when the decision was put into practice, the factory management quickly realized that workers often faced issues when trying to receive payment and use other beneficial aspects of digitization.

The need for financial literacy training increased during the pandemic when the government provided compensatory packages for factories. One of the conditions of the compensatory package was wage digitization. Hence, with the growing need for financial literacy training, BSR has accumulated their resources and designed the Digital Wage Training, which will be implemented by Change Associates Ltd.

Digital Wage Training by Change Associates is a three-month project, which has been initiated in May 2021.
