Worker Well-being (WWB) is a new approach by Levi Strauss Foundation (LSF) to supply chain engagement that aims to improve the lives of the workers who make the products.

The “Amra Pari” program is aimed at supporting vendors in Bangladesh to implement worker empowerment programs and to strengthen management systems, making them fair, transparent, responsive to worker needs as well as a sustainable part of WWB initiative.

Levi Strauss & CO. believes that worker well-being initiatives can increase the quality of life of workers and translate the benefits of healthy and happy employees into meaningful business impacts.

Change Associates, technical advisor of Levi Strauss Foundation in Bangladesh has been conducting WWB program since 2018 This project “Amra Pari” is a continuation of such program.
