HERhealth has been successfully running since 2010 in RMG factories of Bangladesh. This project aims to enhance female worker’s knowledge and change in behavior and practice. Reproductive health, nutrition and hygiene are the main focus to improve well-being and reduce health related absenteeism at work. So far, CHANGE has implemented this project in 87 factories. A total of 130,753 lives have been impacted through training and peer education system.
